What is free trial?
Its an opportunity for the client to know about our training methodologies and evaluate them. You will learn about basic PC troubleshooting, tip and tricks and beginner level MS office skills.
What is the difference between Esan and others?
We offer wide range of leaning modules i.e. from beginner to expert level by charging our clients significantly lower than the market. All the trainings will take place in real time where the trainees can ask question and discuss the problems they face with their trainer at the same time. We do not want our clients to visit the campus everyday rather we save their time by letting them attending the classes online as per their convenience.
Is there a specific time that I need to follow?
Whatever time suit you the best, we will be at your service.
What are the requirements to start online leaning classes?
All you need is a computer and an internet connection.
How Much time is required to complete the entire course?
It varies for every module. We'll let you know the duration of module(s) at the time of signing up.
What if I'm unable to attend a class?
Well, in that case we need you to inform us at least 30 minutes before the class starts, failing to do so will not entitle you for makeup class.
Are there any prerequisites for enrolling into any module?
There are no set criteria for any module but we'll evaluate basic understanding of the client during sign up process and will customize the module based on that.
